Hi there! I’m Tomi.

MA, LMFT Associate & LPC Associate
Supervised by Brianne Blevins, LMFT-S, LPC-S, PMH-C
I work with adults — individuals, couples, and families — who want to strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, or find healing through challenges like infertility, anxiety, or loss.
Together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor in a safe, inclusive space.
Areas of Focus
-
Relationship issues can create cycles of misunderstanding, disconnection, and unmet needs that leave partners feeling unheard or alone. Therapy offers a supportive space to rebuild communication, strengthen trust, and create healthier patterns of connection.
-
Perinatal issues can include the emotional complexity of fertility challenges and assisted reproduction such as IVF or IUI, along with the anxiety, mood changes, and identity shifts that often arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Individual and couples therapy offer a supportive space to process these experiences, reduce overwhelm, and cultivate resilience through each stage of the journey.
-
In a 10-session child-parent relationship therapy (CPRT), caregivers are taught new skills to conduct “special playtime” to help strengthen the bond with their children. CPRT is offered both as couples/family therapy and in a group setting with multiple households.
-
Life transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can stir up stress, uncertainty, and shifts in identity that feel overwhelming to navigate alone. Therapy provides support and clarity during these periods of change, helping you adjust, grow, and move forward with confidence.
-
Identity-focused therapy explores the many facets of who you are, including culture, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, or your general sense of belonging. This work supports self-understanding, validation, and living authentically within the communities and identities that matter most to you.
-
Therapy for anxiety helps you understand the thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations that fuel worry and stress. Together, we develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, increase calm, and regain confidence in daily life.
-
Grief and loss can touch every part of your life, from relationships to daily routines. Therapy offers support to navigate these emotions, find meaning, and gradually rebuild a sense of hope and connection.
